OIC's students work closely with their Chef Instructor to plan, prepare, serve and clean-up a wide range of menus including breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktail receptions. Menus can be formal sit-down events or casual cook-out buffets. OIC staff will sit down with you to explore options and to develop a plan to ensure the success of your event.
