Our Philosophy

OIC's philosophy of self-help and our unique system of developing the "whole person" allows clients to become self-sufficient, productive workers in various employment settings. This process of discovering and reinforcing each individual’s inner strengths and abilities serves as the foundation for OIC's proven record of success for more than 40 years.

OIC, a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, is located in the historic Saltonstall School building at 106 Truman Street in New London, CT.
