What We Do

Our Programs

OIC operates year-round job training programs resulting in Certificates of Completion in Computer and Career Training, Office Skills, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and Culinary Arts. Incorporated in each program is employability skills training, which includes resume and cover letter drafting, interviewing techniques and more.

OIC clients also receive training and education in Customer Service, Communication Skills, Conflict Management, Workplace Etiquette, and basic financial literacy.

OIC's Project Employment supports ex-offenders, providing them skills, strategies and resources as they navigate the challenging transition from incarceration to employment.

Through state court referrals, OIC also holds an important position in the community as both a transition point and safeguard against domestic violence through its Stopping Domestic Violence program.
