OIC's Culinary Arts Training program can cater your next event, providing a level of quality that will meet your expectations and delight your guests.

OIC's students work closely with their Chef Instructor to plan, prepare and serve a wide range of menu options including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail receptions. Menus can be formal sit-down events or casual cook-out buffets.

OIC staff will explore with you a wide variety of options and develop a plan to ensure the success of your event.
