From I-95 North
Take Exit 83 (Downtown New London) onto Huntington Street. Proceed straight to the stop sign. Turn Right on to Jay Street and go to the first traffic light. Turn right at the traffic light onto Hempstead Street and the O.I.C. building and parking lot are on your left.

From I-95 South
Take exit 84 South (Downtown New London). Proceed straight to Eugene O'Neill Drive and through downtown to Tilly Street. Turn right onto Tilley Street and drive one block to Washington Street. Turn left onto Washington Street and go straight to the traffic light. Turn right at the traffic light onto Hempstead Street. Turn left from Hempstead Street into the parking lot.
