Welcome to the Opportunities Industrialization Center of New London County
Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) of New London County, Inc. has been hard at work making a difference since 1970.
OIC serves the community with job training, skill building and certificate programs. OIC is a non-profit organization that enables individuals to develop previously untapped talents, advance into new career paths, and otherwise improve their lives.
OIC's philosophy of self-help and its unique system of developing the whole person enables individuals to become self-sufficient, productive workers in various employment settings. This process of discovering each individual's unrecognized abilities serves as the foundation for OIC's proven record of success throughout the years.

OIC operates its programs throughout the year, offering individualized classroom instruction and informational workshops on various topics of interest.
