Welcome to the Opportunities Industrialization Center of New London County
OIC of New London County is a private, non-profit organization incorporated in 1970. Our program serves individuals in need of job training. OIC's philosophy of self-help and its unique system of developing the whole person enables individuals to become self-sufficient, productive workers in various employment settings.
This process of discovering each individual's unrecognized abilities serves as the foundation for OIC's proven record of success throughout the years.
What We Do . . .
OIC operates skill-building and certificate programs throughout the year. These programs offer individualized classroom instruction and informational workshops on various topics of interest.
OIC provides training that will allow unemployed and underemployed individuals to secure meaningful employment.
