Culinary Arts and Hospitality
Students enrolled in the Culinary Arts Program develop the skills and techniques required for a career working in the food service industry. Classes are scheduled Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm Students are taught basic food service practices such as food handling, nutrition, sanitation and food safety. Graduates of the Culinary Arts Program attain their Serv-Safe Food Handlers Certificate and the Serv-Safe Food Protection Manager Certificate administered through the National Restaurant Association.

- Foundation of basic food service and health regulations
- Hands-on instruction in the art of baking, sautéing, & grilling
- Introductory course focusing on front of the house service
Upon completion students receive:
- Job placement assistance for up to 90 day
- OIC Culinary Arts Certificate of Completion
- Two Industry-Recognized Certificates from the National Restaurant Association
